Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jan Kriel (ranked 1391 p4p, 193 weight class) and Mike Diaz (ranked 1726 p4p, 227 weight class). Kriel comes to the cage accompanied by Fokofpolisiekar - Fokofpolisiekar. Diaz is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Not Afraid - Eminem. Mike Diaz told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Grin Ribber (ranked 78 p4p, 13 weight class) and Nick Shamrock (ranked 166 p4p, 23 weight class). Well Palmer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
