Alexander tries to score a power double leg takedown but Carsara sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Alexander somewhat.
Alexander closes the distance and clinches up with Carsara, looking for a takedown. Alexander pushes Carsara against the cage but Carsara circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fausto Carsara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mason Alexander.
Alexander tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Carsara swivels and escapes.
Carsara cracks Alexander with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Alexander falls to his knees and Carsara doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
