The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rock tries a head kick but it misses.

Numb feints and as Rock raises his hands in defense, Numb changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Rock really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Numb. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Numb is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Rock escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Numb gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Numb is pushing down on Rock's leg trying to pass to half guard. Rock is fighting to maintain full guard but Numb has managed to sneak the leg through.
Numb is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Numb is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rock defends it well.

Numb is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Numb has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Rock is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Numb has hold of Rock's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rock manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Numb goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Rock is on top in guard.

Numb working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rock doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Numb is tightening it up a little... Rock has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Rock reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Rock taps out! nice BJJ there by Numb!

Gould swats away the attempt to clinch by Atrell.
Atrell throws a lazy right hand but Gould sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Atrell fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gould.
Atrell with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Atrell.
Atrell throws a head kick but Gould moves out of range.
Atrell lands with a thumping leg kick.
Gould will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
