The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Max circles away from the clinch attempt

and Max counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Max.

White isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Max stacks White on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Max!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Max thows an elbow strike that misses. White gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Max doesn't seem too bothered but White quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Max is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Max really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.

Takaziko stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Takaziko wants it to stay on the feet.

We've been hearing reports that Eldos has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Vinyard lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Built will be OK.
