The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beaverton on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Beaverton rushes Jackson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Jackson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Beaverton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jackson manages to avoid it.
Jackson lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orsini misses with a takedown attempt
and Hoffman counters with a stiff right hand.

Hoffman lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Orsini knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hoffman on the ground.
Hoffman lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Orsini is breathing heavily.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hoffman is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Orsini has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Hoffman connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Hoffman working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Orsini looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Hoffman! Submission of the night perhaps?
