The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Heritageaka moves into range and clinches up with Kendali.
Heritageaka jumps guard but Kendali turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Kendali looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Heritageaka is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Kendali to keep the fight standing.
Heritageaka jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kendali walks away with a smile on his face. Heritageaka gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for THumongous Heritageaka. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kendali feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Heritageaka sprawling to the canvas! Heritageaka rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kendali finish him?!

It looks like THumongous Heritageaka has been cut.
Heritageaka has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Kendali cracks Heritageaka with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kendali has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Heritageaka to stand back up!

Kendali wants to get back to striking at distance but Heritageaka won't allow it.
Heritageaka seems to have got his legs back now.

Heritageaka ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Heritageaka no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Heritageaka is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Kendali frees his head nicely. Oh but Heritageaka has switched to an armbar! Kendali is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

Giant throws a jab but it's blocked by Muthia.
Giant swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Muthia tries to clinch but Giant is having none of it.
Giant misses with a body shot.
Giant bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Muthia's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Giant connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Muthia scrambles back to his feet.
Muthia throws the left hand but Giant avoids the punch easily.
Giant avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Muthia throws a looping overhand right but Giant ducks down to avoid it.
Muthia definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Giant digs a good body shot into Muthia's ribs.
Giant Giant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Muthia swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Giant pushes Muthia back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Muthia.
Giant lands with a short shot to the head.

Giant breaks the clinch.
Muthia on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Giant throws an overhand right that lands on Muthia's shoulder, as Muthia tries to avoid the shot.
A little feinted left hand from Muthia on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Giant misses with a double jab.
Giant lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Giant scores with a crisp jab that stopped Muthia in his tracks.

Giant drops Muthia with a beautiful combination! Muthia stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Giant is looking for the KO!

Giant is stalking Muthia. Muthia circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Giant, and it's lights out! Muthia really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Geordie shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Geordie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Geordie lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lesnar backs up against the cage.

Lesnar has managed to clinch.
Lesnar manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Geordie tries for a takedown. No joy.
Mark Lesnar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of True Geordie.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lesnar has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Geordie regains guard immediately.
Lesnar is working Geordie over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Lesnar lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Geordie really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lesnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lesnar makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Lesnar has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
