Urso kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Big Ten Inch. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith looks to throw the jab but Urso is out of range.

It looks like Rocco Urso has been cut.
Smith looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Urso throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Urso tries to clinch up but Smith circles away and keeps his distance.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rocco Urso will probably get the nod.

Smith remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Brutality swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hoy avoids the body shot from Brutality.
Brock Brutality seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brutality feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hoy sprawling to the canvas! Hoy rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Brutality finish him?!

Brutality stuns Hoy with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Hoy is still on wobbly legs! Can Brutality finish him?
Brutality lands with a big right hook that stumbles Hoy - he's out on his feet here! Brutality follows up with another monster hook that separates Hoy from consciousness! Hoy falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Brutality stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

Quick shoots in and bounces Mortis off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Quick wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mortis keeps working.

Mortis is looking to improve his position but Quick isn't that keen on the idea.
Mortis tries to hold on but Quick pushes him away.
Mortis is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Mortis is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up.
Mortis holds on for dear life, controlling Quick's posture momentarily.
Mortis throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
