The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saburov swats away the attempt to clinch by Dale.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Dale crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Saburov - the referee stops the clock and Dale gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Saburov. Dale manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Dale tries to score a power double leg takedown but Saburov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dale somewhat.

Dale closes the distance and pushes Saburov back into the cage.
Dale working hard to break the clinch.

Saburov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Dale tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Saburov paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dale gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Saburov.

It looks like Philip Dale has been cut.
Saburov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Saburov circles away from the clinch attempt.
Saburov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Saburov cracks Dale with a right hand to the side of the head.
Dale throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saburov's waist but Saburov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dale off to one side.
Dale looks gassed!
Dale walks straight into a right hand from Saburov - that's dropped him! Saburov jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Dale from any more punishment! Dale complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
