Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshi shoots in and gets a takedown into Palmer's guard.
Palmer knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Yoshi on the ground.
Yoshi is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Palmer wants to improve his position but instead Yoshi has moved into half guard.
Palmer is looking to escape.
Palmer tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Yoshi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Palmer is just riding it out for now. Yoshi eventually gives up the hold.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yoshi maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Palmer could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Yoshi has cracked it and Palmer is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Yoshi!
