The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prince just misses with a punch to the body.
Modric avoids the body shot from Prince.
Prince throws a body shot but no joy.
Prince misses with a two punch combination.
Prince looks to land a right hand but Modric moved out of range.
Prince swings for the body but Modric moves out of range.
Modric dodges the punch combination from Prince.
Despite the aggression on Modric's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Modric lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Prince gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Modric tries for a takedown but Prince sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Prince has Modric up against the cage in a clinch.

A left hand lands to the body for Prince.

Prince rushes Modric and presses him up against the cage.
Modric takes an elbow to the temple.

That has opened up Blaise Modric's cut even more.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Prince lands an elbow just above Modric 's eye.
Prince lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Prince escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Modric throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Prince sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Prince throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Prince gets a clinch.
Prince lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Modric is looking for a takedown.
Modric tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Prince smiles and moves away.
And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.

Jungle Prince dominated that round.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Modric avoids the body shot from Prince.
Prince is looking to wear down Modric with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Prince darts in and clinches Modric up against the cage.
Prince is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Modric can do to turn this around?
Prince works on Modric's body with a couple of short punches.
Prince gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

The cut above Blaise Modric's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Prince creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Modric's defenses.

Blaise Modric's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Modric takes an elbow to the temple.
A right hook to the body lands for Prince.
Prince pushes Modric against the cage. Prince is working some dirty boxing. Prince pushes off with a quick right hook! Modric goes down! Modric tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Prince moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jungle Prince!
Jungle Prince retains his welterweight title!
Jungle Prince decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
