This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Laranja is cranking Hayashi's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Hayashi! He's tightened the choke and Hayashi is tapping out!

Renato Laranja spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Hideo Hayashi spoke after the fight, saying 'Did I look cool at least? Guys? Guys!?'.
