Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hanzo Hasashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steffen Goetze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goetze has chosen Hellveto - Herezja as his entrance music. Hanzo Hasashi had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Goetze has his foot on Hasashi's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hasashi works his way back into a safe position though.
Hasashi wants to stand and escape but instead Goetze has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Hasashi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Goetze on the ground.
Goetze is working for a kimura but Hasashi is defending it quite comfortably.
Hasashi is staying active underneath Goetze, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Goetze is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Goetze hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
