Mannix throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nugulagamba misses with a body shot.
Mannix bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Nugulagamba's head.
Nugulagamba connects with a body shot.
Nugulagamba missing with a left hand there. Mannix was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Mannix throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Nugulagamba throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mannix was covering up waiting for the punch and Nugulagamba finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Nugulagamba sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mannix's guard.
Mannix might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Mannix is kicking away at Nugulagamba from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Nugulagamba grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a heel hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Mannix trying to push Nugulagamba off... Mannix taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.

After the fight, Angelica Nugulagamba was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
