Reed is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Shelby.
Shelby unleashes a big counter combination but Reed bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Reed lands a nice leg kick that just misses Shelby's sensitive parts.
Shelby stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Reed.
Shelby misses with a hook. Reed ducked under it nicely.
Ben Reed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Reed drops Shelby with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Shelby looks back up at him and smiles so Reed waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
