Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Will Thomas (ranked 22837 p4p, 519 weight class) and William Wallace (ranked 22435 p4p, 537 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 19 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will Thomas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, William Wallace !
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nice sprawl there from Wallace as Thomas shoots in.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Wallace .
Thomas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wallace will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Thomas throws a nice looking combination but Wallace bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Wallace steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Thomas.
Thomas throws a sloppy head kick and Wallace moves out of range easily.

Thomas is trying to hold Wallace in close to prevent damage but Wallace has managed to pass into half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Thomas tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Wallace defends well and Thomas ends up having to push Wallace into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Wallace shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Thomas sprawls well. Thomas wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wallace gets slowly back to his feet.

Thomas shoots in looking for a takedown but Wallace manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Thomas's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Wallace dives in for a single leg takedown but Thomas sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Thomas seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Thomas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wallace 's waist but Wallace gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Thomas off to one side.

I've got Wallace winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
