Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Otong Dong!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Lou da Vinci and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mckee explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Mckee swinging wildly here.
Mckee throws a sloppy head kick and Dong moves out of range easily.
Dong doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Mckee lands a front kick.
Mckee misses with a body kick.
Dong follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Dong blocks a head kick by Mckee.
A nice side step and Dong releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Dong bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mckee is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Dong has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Dong just content to control the position.

Mckee is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Mckee wants to get back to his feet but Dong drags him back down.
Mckee misses with an elbow from the bottom.

Dong decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Mckee could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Mckee has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Dong off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

A nice side step and Dong releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dong tries to throw a body punch but Mckee avoids it by throwing Dong back against the cage.
Mckee wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Mckee tries to land knees in the clinch but Dong avoids the damage to the body.
Mckee on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Mckee tries to break free but Dong pushes him back against the cage.

Mckee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

A short body shot lands from Mckee as the two fighters clinch.
Mckee wants to break the clinch but can't.
Mckee tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Dong avoids it.
Come on Mckee - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Dong blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Mckee is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dong is defending well for now.
Mckee is trying to push Dong away but Dong has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Mckee shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dong's guard.
Dong wants to stand and escape but Mckee is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dong is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Mckee's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Dong has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Dong pushes Mckee off and scrambles back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Dong counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Dong is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mckee's half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Dong drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Dong is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Mckee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Mckee wants to get back to his feet but Dong is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Dong tries to pass the half guard into mount. Mckee knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Otong Dong showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Mckee manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

I would just about give that final round to Otong Dong.
I think Dong has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
