The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sionis has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Udovich uses from the top position.

Sionis has Udovich pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Udovich manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Udovich breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Udovich throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Sionis closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Udovich's guard.

Sionis is fighting to break Udovich's control of his arms but Udovich is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Udovich looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Sionis would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Udovich is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Udovich is working an open guard so Sionis takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Sionis tries to clinch up.
Udovich cracks Sionis with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Sionis plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Udovich swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Udovich face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

An out of breath Roman Sionis thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
Simon Udovich was interviewed post fight and said 'Simon *gasp* so *gasp* tired. Simon no do running. Oooo!!! Look at the funny birdies! Simon go night, night now.'.

Sityodtong throws a hook to the side of West's head but West sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Yodsanan Sityodtong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
West ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sityodtong scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

It looks like Wayde West has been cut.
Sityodtong fails to land with a series of punches.
West shoots in looking for a takedown. Sityodtong tries to sprawl out of it but West keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sityodtong manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

West postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sityodtong is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of West, into his guard.

Sityodtong got a little sloppy there for a moment and West has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sityodtong has managed to get both his arms back between West's legs - danger averted.

West is looking for a triangle but Sityodtong pushes his legs off easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Yodsanan Sityodtong will probably get the nod.

West shoots for a double leg takedown but Sityodtong sprawls well. He's pushed West's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

West bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Horrible takedown attempt by West or perhaps it was just good defense by Sityodtong, which made it look bad.
Yodsanan Sityodtong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wayde West.
Sityodtong cracks West with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends West tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Sityodtong pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! West is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Beltran misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Zeus lands a jab to Beltran's midsection.
Zeus keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Carlos Beltran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beltran shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Zeus dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Zeus avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
We've been told by Zeus's head coaches at Rickys Weightlifting and Fighting that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Beltran shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Zeus pinned against the cage. Zeus gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dredman Zeus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Beltran.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zeus swings for the body but Beltran moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Beltran looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Beltran takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Beltran fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Zeus avoids it really well and circles away.
Beltran is still on wobbly legs! Can Zeus finish him?

Zeus feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Beltran sprawling to the canvas! Beltran rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Zeus finish him?!
Beltran fails with a takedown attempt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Beltran shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Zeus tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Beltran manages to circle out of the way.
Beltran seems to have recovered his senses.
Zeus jabs Beltran to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Zeus connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zeus leaves Beltran with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Zeus cracks Beltran with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Beltran looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Zeus finish him?
BOOM! Zeus lands a beautiful left hook that drops Beltran. Beltran tries to recover but Zeus is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Beltran lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Mallone closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Mallone lands a big elbow - Terror is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Mallone!

Barbosa looks to land a right hand but Mankowski moved out of range.
Mankowski looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Barbosa is fending him off so far but Mankowski persists. Nope, Barbosa circles away and we're back to standing.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Mankowski ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mankowski no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

After the fight, Daniel Barbosa was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Cheating throws a poor cross that misses
and Judah counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Judah looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Mom Cheating seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cheating tries to move into range but Judah moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Cheating has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Judah finds it's way round the side to connect with Cheating's head.
Judah takes a swing at Cheating's ribcage but misses.
Judah lands a nice hook to Cheating's body. Cheating takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Judah lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Cheating takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Judah throws a good cross that connects.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Judah scores with a crisp jab that stopped Cheating in his tracks.

Cheating is rocked!
Judah rushes Cheating with punches - Cheating moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Cheating goes down! Judah follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Elijah Judah!
