Niaz felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Niaz is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Grena has latched onto it... Big trouble! Grena pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Niaz is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Grena!

Umberto Grena tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
