The fighters circle momentarily. Storm darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Storm throws a shot to the body.

enabling Storm to counter with a crisp jab.
Yard throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Storm counters with a huge left! Yard is in big trouble! He's backing up but Storm isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Yard from any more damage. A dominating finish by Storm!

A punch lands to the side of Neil 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Bosa thows a leg kick but Neil checks it
and Neil counters with a nice body kick.
Bosa fails with a takedown attempt.
Neil was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Bosa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nice takedown defense from Neil. No joy for Bosa on that attempt.
Neil is looking to counter punch.
Bosa throws a sloppy head kick
and Neil counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Fuchs looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bergeron with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Power with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tantor to score with a decent uppercut.

Power seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Tantor is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Power had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Tantor connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Tantor bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Power takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Tantor throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Power on the side of the head.

and Tantor counters with a good, hard body kick but Power shrugs it off.
Tantor lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Power takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Power throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tantor lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Tantor lands a big head kick that sends Power tumbling to the mat! Tantor takes a step backwards and waves Power back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Oh Power is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Power is breathing heavily.
Power pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Tantor moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Power seems to have got his legs back now.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Power crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tantor - the referee stops the clock and Power gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tantor. Power manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Tantor thuds his right hand into Power's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
