The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McVey takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

McVey gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Martin stands and steps away. McVey gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Martin throws an overhand right that drops McVey like a sack of potatoes! Martin dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
