Banner kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Goin' Baby- DaBaby. Lamont Banner had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 147.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Lebeau does no damage.
Sloppy strikes from Butts. Those never looked like landing.
Butts takes a swing at Lebeau's ribcage but misses.
Lebeau misses with a combination
and Butts counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Butts drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Butts jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Butts throws a big right hand that misses.
Lebeau has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Butts should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Lebeau has tightened it up now! Butts should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Lane tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fernandez defends well and Lane ends up having to push Fernandez into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Lane stalks Fernandez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Fernandez's face. Fernandez staggers backwards, shaken.
Lane looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lane gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Lane turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Fernandez throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lane looks to land a combination but Fernandez avoids it well.
Lane lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fernandez circles away quickly and effectively.
