Gaultier Girard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Girard has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pearson keeps the fight on the outside.
Piano cracks Pearson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like James Pearson has been cut.
Piano throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Piano pushes Pearson away with a front kick.
Piano looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pearson misses with a left hand
and Piano counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Pearson badly! Piano follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Pearson out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Piano finished him against the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rick Piano !
Rick Piano decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
