The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hines tries to move into range but Luque moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Hines throws a lazy body kick
and Luque counters with a right hand to the body.
Hines doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Luque counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Henry Hines has been cut.
Hines throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Luque dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hines looks winded!
Luque lunges at Hines with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hines's hand.

Luque lands a big uppercut and Hines crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hines looks OK. Luque waves Hines back to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Luque ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Hines gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Luque gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Hines is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scorpy shoots in for a double leg but Large sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Scorpy tries for a takedown but Large circles away easily
letting Large counter with a right hand.
Scorpy with a lazy takedown attempt
and Scorpy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for British Scorpy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Scorpy misses with a takedown attempt
and Large cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Large lands a nice shot to the body.
Large throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Scorpy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Large keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Scorpy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Scorpy goes for a double leg but Large avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Large continues to drive forward.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Scorpy ducks right into an uppercut from Large.
Large lands a right hook to the body.
Scorpy is breathing heavily.
Scorpy looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Large connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Scorpy's hands.
Large lands with a hook. Scorpy tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Large fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Scorpy has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Scorpy takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Large with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Large is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Scorpy had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Scorpy takes one to the chin there.
Scorpy shoots in looking for a takedown but Large manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Scorpy's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A little jabbing left from Large on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Scorpy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Large avoids it really well and circles away.

Large cracks Scorpy with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Large has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Scorpy to stand back up!
Scorpy looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Scorpy takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Large lunges at Scorpy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Scorpy's hand.
Scorpy misses with a takedown attempt
and Large counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Scorpy thinking.
Large's jab looks to have found its range, popping Scorpy under the eye.
Good shot there by Large.

Large drops Scorpy with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Scorpy! Large dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Donk. Jones catches Mullen right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Jon Mullen has been cut.
Jones connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Mullen momentarily.
Jones lands with a shot to the body.
Jones paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Jones dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mullen fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Jones sends Mullen crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jones is motioning to the referee to let Mullen up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jones drops Mullen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mullen looks back up at him and smiles so Jones waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Oh Mullen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jones sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Mullen's defenses. It connects perfectly with Mullen's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

Da Silva clobbers O Connell with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Da Silva screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Suares lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Suares jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Suares dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Suares ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A decent looking cross lands there for Suares.
Kimura has his takedown stuffed
and Kimura takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Kimura is rocked!
Kimura gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Suares gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Driscoll fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mcweezy manages to avoid it.
Mcweezy works the jab nicely.
Mcweezy throws a series of punches but Driscoll moves out of range.
Mcweezy throws a left and a right that both miss

and Driscoll counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mcweezy won't be happy with that.
You can see the frustration on Mcweezy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Driscoll is working to tighten his grip on Mcweezy's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mcweezy has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Driscoll is really squeezing tight and eventually Mcweezy passes out! Driscoll breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Domicio attempts a counter takedown but Fraga avoids it well and moves away.

Fraga looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Domicio wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fraga keeps working.
