Moore controls Mann momentarily but Mann frees himself.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Columbus misses with a takedown attempt - Goldberg sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Goldberg throws out a counter right but Columbus avoids it with no problem.
Columbus looks to land a left hand but Goldberg moved out of range nicely.
Goldberg looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Columbus doesn't manage to clinch there - Goldberg circles away.
Goldberg steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Columbus shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Goldberg but Goldberg pushes him off and we're back to square one.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Columbus feints and as Goldberg raises his hands in defense, Columbus changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Columbus moves in looking to clinch but Goldberg pushes him off.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Columbus seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Goldberg for as long as he can get away with.
Columbus has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
