Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, xu Chen!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ray lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
A combination from Chen does no damage.
Chen tries to clinch up.

Ray is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Ray closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Chen has Ray pushed against the cage.
Chen tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Ray digs a right hand underneath Chen's ribcage. Chen let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Chen blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Ray changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chen tries to avoid it but Ray manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chen to the ground. Chen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Johnathon Ray.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ray, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
