It looked like Rowe was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Edgardo Flores seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Rowe counters with a single leg into guard. Flores didn't expect that.
Rowe is standing up over Flores. Flores looks to escape but Rowe dives into side control.
Rowe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Flores is looking to get back to his feet here but Rowe is keeping cool and he's managed to take Flores's back.
