The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quincy stuffs the takedown attempt from Kimbors. Kimbors gets slowly back to his feet.
Kimbors shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Quincy defends it nicely.
Kimbors really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kimbors goes for a double leg but Quincy avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Quincy continues to drive forward.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arturs Kimbors. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Quincy rushes Kimbors and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Quincy lands with a left to the head.
Quincy lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Kimbors is trying to drag Quincy to the mat but Quincy just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Quincy creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Quincy unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Kimbors! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Quincy is unloading with more strikes now! Kimbors drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
