It seemed like ONeill was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Oh Braz is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

ONeill is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Braz is surviving well by controlling ONeill's body position as best he can.
Braz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Braz seems to have got his legs back now.
Braz has a takedown stuffed.
A little jabbing left from ONeill on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

ONeill cracks Braz with an uppercut from hell and Braz crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of ONeill's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

ONeill would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

ONeill is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Braz has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. ONeill is looking to defend but Braz has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for ONeill! Braz pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, ONeill taps out and this one is all over!
