O Donnelly lands a nice hook to Te Tai's body. Te Tai takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
O Donnelly looks to land a combination but Te Tai avoids it well.

It looks like Motu Te Tai has been cut.
O Donnelly works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Te Tai is looking to clinch.
O Donnelly has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
O Donnelly keeps the fight on the outside.
O Donnelly looks like he wants to counter punch here.
O Donnelly connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Te Tai's hands.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Te Tai tries to clinch but O Donnelly is having none of it.
Te Tai throws a sloppy head kick and O Donnelly moves out of range easily.
O Donnelly scores with a nice right hand.
Te Tai misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
O Donnelly connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Te Tai is rocked!
Te Tai drops his hands momentarily. O Donnelly doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Te Tai staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Te Tai doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Jumping up and down and very excited, Shay O Donnelly waved his t-shirt featuring Urban Fighter's logo in front of the cameras.
