The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Betoli slips under a jab.

Betoli gets in close and instigates a clinch.

It looks like Hugo Huge has been cut.
Huge's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Huge tries to get to full guard but Betoli has control of the leg.
Huge is still in real trouble! Can Betoli finish him?
Betoli is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Huge seems to have recovered his senses.
Huge has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Betoli is working away from the top position though.
Betoli will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Huge avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Betoli.

Betoli seems to be looking for submissions.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Huge can do anything to dispel that myth.

Huge wants to improve his position but Betoli is controlling well.

Betoli is trying to work for a kimura but Huge is defending well.
Huge won't allow Betoli to pass to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Huge wants to control but Betoli is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Betoli looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Huge is fending him off so far but Betoli persists. Nope, Huge circles away and we're back to standing.
Betoli uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Huge.

Betoli wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Huge, who protects the arm well.
Huge really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Betoli. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Betoli is breathing heavily.
Betoli tries to move into full mount but can't pass Huge's legs.
Huge is looking for a sweep.

Betoli thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Huge is trying to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Huge should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Huge sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Huge has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Betoli is working away from the top position though.
Betoli is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Huge is in all sorts of trouble here.
Betoli tries to control but Huge wriggling away.
Huge is bucking up trying to escape but Betoli cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Huge is desperately trying to improve his position but Betoli has a good base and remains in mount.

Betoli is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Huge has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Huge keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Bamela Banderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kratorius feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Banderson sprawling to the canvas! Banderson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kratorius finish him?!

It looks like Bamela Banderson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kratorius lands a right hook to the body.
Banderson looks gassed!
Kratorius cracks Banderson with a left hook right on the temple and Banderson goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Kratorius lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Banderson is OK!
