Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ernest Lagoo (ranked 4728 p4p, 121 weight class) and Gattsu Griffith (ranked 4575 p4p, 118 weight class). Lagoo comes to the cage accompanied by The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Griffith has chosen Hard Out Here for a Pimp as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagoo throws a lazy head kick

so Griffith counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Lagoo wants to get back to his feet but Griffith passes into half guard.

Griffith is trying to control the action in half guard but Lagoo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Lagoo looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Griffith! Submission of the night perhaps?

Pablono throws a hook but Case avoids it easily.
We've been told by Case's head coaches at GWad's Playpen that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Pablono tries for a takedown but Case sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Case stuffs the takedown.
Pablono shoots in for a double leg but Case sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Justin Case has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Red Pablono.
Pablono misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Case.
Case was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Case fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pablono looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Case connects with a looping right hand.
Case feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pablonos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Pablono takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Pablono doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Pablono.
OH! Pablono has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Case smells blood and charges in for the finish! Case unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Pablono sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
