A relieved looking Jack Ryan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Milicic looks to land a left hand but Queef moved out of range nicely.
Milicic throws a combination that misses

and Queef counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Queef is looking for a kimura here.

Queef seems to be working for a kimura but Milicic defends the submission attempt.
Queef tries to pass the half guard into mount. Milicic knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Queef uses his free foot to push down on Milicic's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Milicic.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

and Wood counters with a huge left! Targaryen is in big trouble! He's backing up but Wood isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Targaryen from any more damage. A dominating finish by Wood!

In his post fight interview, Danny Wood started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Jon Targaryen was interviewed post fight and said 'until next time'.
