It looks like Tito Slamcock has been cut.

Winchester has Slamcock pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Slamcock is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Winchester - that's hurt Slamcock badly! Oh, another knee lands and Slamcock is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Slamcock doesn't seem to be complaining.
