Doyle drives through with a takedown into King's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Doyle wants to get up but he can't break King's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Doyle stands and throws King's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Doyle tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Doyle has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Doyle has hold of King's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! King tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Doyle cranks the arm and King screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from King, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Frot has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Petro clobbers Frot with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Frot fails to land the takedown.
Petro scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Frot takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Frot throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Gutti shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Turner is trying to defend but Gutti finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Turner makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Kali Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Turner enables Gutti to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Turner manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
