Pinkman throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McTestface sees it coming and avoids it easily.
McTestface appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

A momentary lapse in concentration from McTestface enables Pinkman to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. McTestface manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Pinkman's corner is telling him to maintain position.
McTestface throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Pinkman is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McTestface avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Pinkman is working McTestface over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Pinkman loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Pinkman wants to control from the top but McTestface keeps moving.
McTestface has control of Pinkman's left arm, preventing Pinkman from doing any damage.
McTestface wants to sweep here but Pinkman controlling him for the moment.
McTestface thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
McTestface wants to get back to his feet but Pinkman is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Pinkman feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
McTestface knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pinkman on the ground.
McTestface has his hands on Pinkman's head, controlling the position.
McTestface can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pinkman controls the pace.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McTestface really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
McTestface is trying to maintain the position but Pinkman is very close to passing his half guard.
McTestface on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McTestface tries to get out of the position.
Pinkman is nestled in close to McTestface, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
