That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Trevon Willis.

King shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gutierrez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

King has gone for a leg lock! Gutierrez slips out almost immediately though and dives into King's guard.

Gutierrez stands and throws King's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Chan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Zapata dives in for a single leg takedown but Chan sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Chan lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Zapata tries to score a power double leg takedown but Chan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zapata somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chief Zapata. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Zapata feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Silva lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Stefano has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Stefano and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
