The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jericho closes the distance and clinches.

Jericho has Powers pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Jericho pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Powers tumbling to the mat - Jericho dives into Powers's guard.
Powers seems keen to control Jericho's posture.
Powers controls Jericho momentarily but Jericho frees himself.
Powers has control of Jericho's left arm, preventing Jericho from doing any damage.
