Lubov is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Holmes has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Lubov is looking to defend but Holmes has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Lubov! Holmes pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Lubov taps out and this one is all over!

Franklyn throws out a loose jab but Ouellette uses good head movement to avoid it.

Franklyn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ouellette fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Franklyn looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Franklyn drops Ouellette with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ouellette looks back up at him and smiles so Franklyn waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Ouellette is still on wobbly legs! Can Franklyn finish him?
Franklyn lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Ouellette up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Franklyn from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Ouellette's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Alves throws an overhand right that lands on Seech's shoulder, as Seech tries to avoid the shot.
Alves throws a lazy right hand but Seech sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Alves bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee asks Alves politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Alves prefers to stall for the moment though.
Seech is looking for a sweep.
Alves is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Seech tries to improve position but can't.

Sakuraba manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Van Cherry manages to get himself to full guard.

Markelic darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Dekker's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Markelic before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

After the fight, Jovan Markelic was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
