The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Mendoza. That's going to slow James down.
Mendoza thumps James with a low kick.
James shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mendoza sprawls well. Mendoza wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. James gets slowly back to his feet.

Zombermens walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Zombermens limp body while Sojka jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Masvidal grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Alfonseca takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Masvidal cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

Jon Masvidal was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A jab lands there for Lukach.
It looks like John Brown has been cut.

Brown closes the distance and clinches.
Brown tries to throw a body punch but Lukach avoids it by throwing Brown back against the cage.
Brown lands a shot to the body.
Brown lands with a short shot to the head.
A frustrated look appears on Lukach's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Lukach is trying to force a seperation but Brown has the dominant position.
Brown lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lukach backwards.
Brown wants to take the fight to the mat but Lukach manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Lukach tries to get to full guard but Brown has control of the leg.

Brown winds up and cracks Lukach with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
