The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Schitt closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Golden Ticket sneaks out the side door and pushes Schitt away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Jack Schitt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Schitt connects with a crisp jab.
It looks like Yuki Stat Golden Ticket has been cut.

Schitt closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Schitt lands in his opponent's guard.
Schitt will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

GU seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

and Seigel makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Seigel cracks GU with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends GU tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Seigel pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! GU is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Brook walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Danny Brook has been cut.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Brook tightens his grip and picks Hunter up, before dumping him to the ground. Hunter manages to land in guard.
Brook wants to control from the top but Hunter keeps moving.
Hunter seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Hunter is trying to control the position but Brook postures up.

Hunter has his foot on Brook's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brook works his way back into a safe position though.

Hunter had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Brook defends it easily.

Hunter escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brook gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Brook throws a big elbow that misses.

Hunter working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brook doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brook manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hunter keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Brook thows a huge punch but Hunter dodges it nicely.

Hunter has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Brook. Oh but Hunter has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Brook goes limp - he's gone! Hunter jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
