The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aloisio stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Aloisio wants it to stay on the feet.
Aloisio thinks about countering with a body kick.

Womba fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Aloisio, pushing him back against the cage.
I was talking to Aloisio's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Aloisio is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Aloisio pulls guard effortlessly.
Aloisio is pulling down on Womba's head. It's preventing any offense from Womba, at least for the moment.
Aloisio's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Munson weaves into range and cracks Kronke right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Kronke goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Munson is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

Theato has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Theato looks winded!
Creed scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Creed lands a jab to the nose.
Creed connects with a good right hand that stumbles Theato. Theato circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Spiridon Theato has been cut.
Creed lunges at Theato with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Theato's hand.
Theato with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Creed to score with a decent uppercut.
Creed definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Creed lands a big uppercut and Theato crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Theato looks OK. Creed waves Theato back to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Creed fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Theato out cold! Brutal finish!

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Takedown has eaten all the pies!

Jones is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
