And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Moe Telsiks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Maykit rushes Telsiks and presses him up against the cage.
Telsiks dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Maykit escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Telsiks closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Telsiks lands in his opponent's guard.
Maykit could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Maykit controls Telsiks momentarily but Telsiks frees himself.
Telsiks wants to control from the top but Maykit keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Maykit is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Telsiks stands and throws Maykit's legs to the side, diving into side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Telsiks remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Telsiks working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Maykit tries to improve position but can't.
Maykit is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Maykit on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Maykit tries to get out of the position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Maykit trying to control here.
Telsiks seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Maykit does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Maykit is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Telsiks's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Telsiks's back!
Maykit has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Telsiks's body.
Telsiks wants to get back to his feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Maykit goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. Telsiks escapes and is now in half guard on top.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Moe Telsiks.
I think Telsiks has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Jj shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Jj was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
DD is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Jj has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Jj closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jj lands in his opponent's guard.
Jj is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jj is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Jj slips nicely into half guard.

Jj decides to return to a standing position.
DD fails to land the takedown.
DD shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jj sprawls well. Jj wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. DD gets slowly back to his feet.
DD tries to clinch but Jj moves away

and Jj counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Jj has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Jj is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
DD is trying to keep Jj in close.
Jj passes DD's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Esposito looks to score with a jab to the body but Chevrolet is just out of range.
Chevrolet displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Esposito throws out the jab.
Chevrolet swings for the body but Esposito moves out of range.
Esposito throws a half hearted mid kick.
Esposito punishes Chevrolet's body with a nice straight punch.
Chevrolet looks to land a body kick but Esposito moved away.
Esposito swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Esposito moves out of range of the leg kick from Chevrolet.
Esposito fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Chevrolet has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
A looping hook to the body misses from Esposito. Chevrolet does a little dance to reset his feet.
Esposito throws a quick inside leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Esposito takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Chevrolet blocks the body kick.
It looked like Chevrolet wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Chevrolet takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Esposito uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chevrolet.

Esposito throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Chevrolet counters with a solid body kick.
Esposito misses with a leg kick
and Chevrolet counters with a slapping leg kick.
Chevrolet checks the leg kick.
Esposito blocks the body kick.
Chevrolet tries to work over Esposito's front leg with a kick but Esposito checks it.
Esposito is trying to counter with his kicks.
Chevrolet throws a wild body kick that Esposito sees coming a mile off.
Chevrolet ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Chevrolet throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Esposito now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Chevrolet throws a body shot but no joy.

Leonardo Esposito comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Esposito has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
