The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okoroji moves out of range of the strikes.
Okoroji has a takedown stuffed.
Okoroji avoids a kick to the body.
Jackson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Okoroji.
Jackson slaps away a takedown attempt from Okoroji, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jackson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Okoroji darts in looking for a takedown but Jackson gets double underhooks and turns Okoroji into the cage.
Nick Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yakubu Okoroji.

It looks like Yakubu Okoroji has been cut.
Okoroji looks for a takedown but Jackson sprawls well.
Okoroji throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Okoroji off to one side.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Okoroji accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ace closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Ace will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Ace cracks Sanchez with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Sanchez looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Sanchez wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Ace has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Sanchez's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Sanchez is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Ace!

Marcus lands a big head kick that sends Kay tumbling to the mat! Marcus takes a step backwards and waves Kay back to his feet - he wants the finish!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Marcus throws a leg kick which misses Kay's front leg but catches the back leg as Kay tries to avoid it.
Kay tries to score a power double leg takedown but Marcus sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kay somewhat.
Marcus cracks Kay with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Kay falls to his knees and Marcus doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Lima has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Pulver should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Lima has tightened it up now! Pulver should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
