Williams misses with a right hand

and Pical counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Williams!

Williams bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Williams keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Williams throws a series of punches but Pical avoids them all with ease.
Pical attempts a counter takedown but Williams avoids it well and moves away.

Williams gets tackled into the cage by Pical. Pical maintains the clinch.
Williams wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Williams stops a takedown attempt from Pical.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pical has Williams pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Pical pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Williams tumbling to the mat - Pical dives into Williams's guard.
Williams wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Pical manages to pass to side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Mamura's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Panek is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mamura has escaped the position, nice work there.
Mamura is looking for a sweep.
Panek tries to advance to mount but can't.
