The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koyri throws a wild body kick that Oren sees coming a mile off.
Koyri displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Oren throws out the jab.

and Koyri counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Tarik Oren has been cut.

and Oren counters with a leg kick.
Koyri takes one to the chin there.
It looks like Pentti Koyri has been cut.
Koyri cracks Oren with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Oren throws the left hand but Koyri avoids the punch easily.

and Oren connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Koyri pushes Oren away with a front kick.
That kick from Koyri tenderised Oren's leg. Oren is trying to keep his angry face on.
Oren throws a hook but Koyri blocks it.

Koyri lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

A looping hook to the body misses from Oren. Koyri does a little dance to reset his feet.

Oren feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Koyri sprawling to the canvas! Koyri rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Oren finish him?!

Oren throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Koyri turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Koyri bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Koyri throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Oren stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Oren misses with a few strikes there.
Koyri rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Oren counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Oren takes a kick to the side of the head.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Pentti Koyri dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Oren is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Koyri misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Oren tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Oren swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Koyri in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
Koyri get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Koyri stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Oren runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tarik Oren!
