My spies in Brooklyn Mixed Martial Arts inform me that Escalante has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Escalante crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Yi - the referee stops the clock and Escalante gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Yi. Escalante manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
