The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veainu digs a good hook to Bon Hwa's body.
Veainu throws a right hand that misses
and Bon Hwa cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Veainu looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Bon Hwa moves out of range as Veainu strikes.
Veainu ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bon Hwa keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sione Veainu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bon Hwa throws a hook to the side of Veainu's head but Veainu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Veainu uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bon Hwa.
Veainu throws out a counter right but Bon Hwa avoids it with no problem.
Veainu rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bon Hwa counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Veainu tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bon Hwa was well out of range. Poor timing from Veainu.
Veainu dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A big left from Veainu misses.

Bon Hwa throws a hook but Veainu blocks it.
Bon Hwa misses with a lunging right hand
and Bon Hwa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Kil Bon Hwa has been cut.
Bon Hwa misses with a body punch

and Veainu counters with a nice right hand that sends Bon Hwa toppling to the canvas! Bon Hwa scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Veainu finish him?!
Bon Hwa is rocked!
Veainu circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Bon Hwa tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Veainu wins by KO!
