Ariitaia jabs Nasmfus to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ariitaia misses with a body shot.
We've been told by Ariitaia's head coaches at Punch Out Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Ariitaia gets tackled into the cage by Nasmfus. Nasmfus maintains the clinch.
Nasmfus is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Ariitaia is defending well.
Ariitaia will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Nasmfus up against the cage.

Nasmfus is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nasmfus with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ariitaia to score with a decent uppercut.

Nasmfus's coach down at Roosters Coop was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Nasmfus's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Nasmfus breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Ariitaia scores with a crisp jab that stopped Nasmfus in his tracks.

Nasmfus shoots for a double leg takedown but Ariitaia sprawls well. He's pushed Nasmfus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ariitaia circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Nasmfus tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Ariitaia wins by KO!

In his post fight interview, Gordon Ariitaia started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

A very excited looking Suzaku Kururugi rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Okongwu blocks a head kick by Olsen.
Okongwu is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Okongwu dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Okongwu throws a big shot that misses.
A bone on bone clash there as Okongwu blocks the leg kick.

Olsen lands a big head kick that sends Okongwu tumbling to the mat! Olsen takes a step backwards and waves Okongwu back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Mauro Okongwu has been cut.

Olsen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Okongwu sprawling to the canvas! Okongwu rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Olsen finish him?!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Olsen misses the jab.
Okongwu gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Olsen gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
