The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pendragon with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Bors throws a body shot but no joy.
Pendragon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Pendragon on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bors. Bors obviously looking to wear him down.
Pendragon throws a shot from downtown. Bors moves away and avoids it.
Bors looks to land a combination but Pendragon avoids it well.
Pendragon was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Pendragon blocks a leg kick.
Pendragon connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bors momentarily.
Bors moves out of range as Pendragon strikes.
Nice defenses there by Pendragon.
A bone on bone clash there as Pendragon blocks the leg kick.
Pendragon looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bors connects with a solid leg kick.
Bors connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pendragon. Pendragon circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Pendragon slips under a jab.
Pendragon moves away from the strike by Bors.
Pendragon tests Bors's chin there with a solid looking shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bors moves out of range of the strikes.
Pendragon bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
It looked like Pendragon wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Bors slips a jab from Pendragon.
Pendragon throws the kick towards the body but Bors avoids it.
Bors scores with a sloppy right hand. Pendragon should have avoided that one.
Boris Bors seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jab, jab by Bors - just one landing.
Bors lands with a slapping head kick.
The fighters circling - Bors throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Pendragon throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bors moves out of range as Pendragon strikes.
Nice shot lands for Bors.
Pendragon moves out of range of the leg kick from Bors.
Bors swings away with a body shot that misses
and Pendragon counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Bors is rocked!
Some bone on bone action there as Pendragon checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Pendragon connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Bors is still on wobbly legs! Can Pendragon finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pendragon throws a hook to the side of Bors's head but Bors sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bors misses with a wild combination.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pendragon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bors.
Bors seems to have recovered his senses.
Bors avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Pendragon lands a nice hook to Bors's body. Bors takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Bors loads up on a big right hand but Pendragon slips the punch.
Pendragon is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
A slow jab from Pendragon misses its intended target.
Bors looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Bors throws a looping overhand right but Pendragon ducks down to avoid it.
A low kick from Bors is predictable there
and Pendragon counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Bors! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Pendragon!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lewis Pendragon!
Lewis Pendragon retains his featherweight title!
