Powerhous knows it - he's on the ropes flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Braddock closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Gunn crashing to the mat! Gunn uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!

Braddock swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Gunn walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Braddock rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Gunn has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.

The cut above Tommy Gunn's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Braddock cracks Gunn with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Gunn is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Gunn is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Gunn could not beat the count!

Dickson looks to land a combination but Tate avoids it well.

Dickson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Dickson scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Tate to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Dickson away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Tate got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!

Thomas lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Chaelsson is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Thomas had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Milos Obilic decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
